DECISION OF THE COMMISSION ON MERITS AND REMEDY
For all these reasons, the Commission declares that:
i. The Respondent State has not violated Articles 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 13, 19, 20 and 26 of the Charter.
ii. The prayers of the Complainant are all dismissed
