Item 7(b) – Consideration of the Periodic Report of the Democratic Republic of Congo

The state delegate of the DRC presented the periodic report of the DRC and several questions were asked by members of the African Commission

Item 8 – presentation of the activity reports of members of the Commission and special mechanisms Commissioner Dupe Atoki presented her report as member of the Commission  and as the Special Rapporteur of Prisons and Places of Detention in Africa and as the Chairperson of the Committee for the Prevention of Torture in Africa
