Following Commissioner Lucy Asuagbor’s presentation of inter-session Activity Report as member of the Commission and Chairperson of the Committee on the Rights of PLHIV, those at Risk and Vulnerable to HIV the previous day, the following States Parties made statements:

  • Angola

Commissioner Pansy Plakula’s inter-session Activity Report as member of the Commission and Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Expression and Access to Information in Africa was read by Commissioner Asuagbor.

Commissioner Reine Alapini-Gansou presented her inter-session Activity Report as member of the Commission and Special Rapporteur on Human Rights Defenders in Africa.
