Decision of the Mrican Commission on Admissibility
64. In view of the afore analysis, the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights:
i. Declares the Communication inadmissible for failure to comply with Rule 56(5),and 56 (6) of the African Charter;
ii. Notifies its de5is~.q~~.t9_the parties in accordance with Rule 107(3) of its 2010 Rules of Procedure:
