The following States Parties exercised their right of reply after the presentation of Honourable Commissioner Asuagbor and the intervention of NGOs:

Honourable Commissioner Pansy Tlakula presented her report as member of the Commission and Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Expression and Right to Information

Following her presentation the following NGOs made intervention:

  • Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies

Commissioner Mohamed Khalfallah presented his activity report as member of the Commission and Chairperson of the Working Group on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights

Following his presentation the following NGOs made statements:

  • Association Nigeriene pour la Protection de Droit humains
  • SERAC

The People's Democratic Republic of Algeria exercised its right of reply following the intervention of the NGOs.

Honorable Commissioner Kayitesi presented her activity report as member of the Commission and Chairperson of the Working Group on the Death Penalty

Following her presentation the Kenya National Human Rights Commission made an intervention.

Honourable Commissioner Musa Ngary Bitaye presented his activity his report as member of the Commission and the Chairperson of the Working Group on Indigenous Populations/Communities in Africa
