The African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights (ACHPR) is pleased to announce to all States Parties of the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights, National Human Rights Organisation of States Parties, Non-governmental Organisations, Civil Society Organisations, Human Rights Actors and Stakeholders that the 87th Public Ordinary Session and the 89th Public Ordinary Session of the ACHPR will take place as follows:
• 87th Ordinary Session (In-person Session):

• 89th Ordinary Session (In-person Session):
Public Segment: 21 October to 30 October 2026
