For these reasons, the African Commission finds the Respondent State in violation of Articles 1, 2, 5, 6, 7(1)(a), 12(4), 12(5), 14 and 15of the African Charter, but holds that there wasn’t enough evidence to establish a violation of Article 3 of the Charter.
