This Report is a follow-up of the initial report, and covers the period between 1997 and 2003.
It contains different parts dealing with

- Economic, social and cultural rights
- Protection of the family, women and children’s rights
The chapters deal with particular rights, with reference to the relevant provisions in the Charter.
The preparation of this report involved a wide participation of different official institutions and associations of civil society.
