Decision of the African Commission on Admissibility
131. In view of the above, the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights:
i. Declares the Communication inadmissible; and
ii. Notifies the parties of its decision in accordance with Rule 118'(4) of its Rules of Procedure.
