Decision of the African Commission on Admissibility
87. In view of the above, the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights:
i. Declares the Communication inadmissible for failure to comply with Articles 56(5) and 56(6) of the African Charter;
ii. Notifies the decision to the Parties in accordance with Rule 107(3)of the Rules of Procedure.
Done virtually during the 73rd Ordinary Session of the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights held from 20 October to 9 November 2022.
