The Mission was composed of delegates of the parliaments of Portugal, Brazil and Senegal as well as representatives of the Organization of African Union and the Association of African Jurists.
From all that its members have observed, the Mission reached the following conclusion: the electoral process took place in an unquestionably democratic way, where the rights of both parties were guaranteed, in an atmosphere of tranquility and an example of good citizenship.
