Decision of the Commission on Admissibility
Based on the above analysis, the Commission:
a. Declares this Communication Inadmissible for failure to comply with Article 56(5) and (6) of the African Charter; and
b. Notifies its decision to the parties in accordance with Rule 118(4) of its Rules of Procedure 2020.
