For the above reasons, the Commission
Takes note of the granting of Botswana citizenship to Mr Modise.
Calls upon the Government of Botswana to continue with its efforts to amicably resolve this communication in compliance with national laws and with the provisions of the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights.
